49th Bridge Counseling is presently not accepting insurance however, we will provide you with the necessary documents for you to submit for reimbursement by your insurance company. Credit cards will be accepted at the inception of your visit, but not run until the conclusion of your visit.
Professional Fees and Payment

Medical Services
Two Medical Initial interviews - 75 min each - $475.00 & $350.00
These two interviews are intended to collect relevant data, order labs, make necessary referrals, and explore your areas of concern. We will not prescribe any medications until your second appointment or until we're sure you are safe to do so and are fully informed to proceed.

Ongoing medication sessions - 30 min - $250.00
Ongoing medication & therapy sessions - 60 min - $600.00

Therapy Services
Initial interviews - 75 min - $310.00
Ongoing Sessions - 40 to 45 min - $200.00
Lengthy appointment - 50 - 75 min - $300.00
At the end of your session, you will be given a receipt and Superbill with all the necessary information to bill your own insurance for reimbursement.

To become a client at 49th Bridge Counseling, we need to first determine whether we can offer the services you are hoping to receive. We will begin by doing a brief telephonic interview, not more than 25 minutes, to ask some basic screening questions.
